All Direct Entry candidates who made
the Federal University of Technology,
Owerri their first and/or second choice
in the JAMB direct entry application for
admission in the 2011/2012 academic
session are invited to the entrance
screening exercise scheduled to hold on
Saturday, September 10, 2011.
Method of Application

A. Eligible candidates should pay the sum

of One Thousand naira (N1,000.00 bank charge may apply)
only (please, indicate your JAMB
Registration number, surname & other
names on the Teller) into the Federal
University of Technology, Owerri POST
UTME/Direct Entry's Account in any of
the branches of the following Banks in Owerri only:

registration
B. Proceed to complete the
registration form with your teller
number at:
www.futo.edu.ng (for ALL
candidates)
i) Read the on-line Examination
Procedure before you proceed.
ii) Click on the Direct Entry on-line form
and follow the instructions therein
iii) Input other data as required.
iv) Upload your passport photograph
(photo size should not be more than 10
kb in jpeg or gif format)
v) Preview the completed form and submit
when you are sure of your entry.
vi) Print the completed on-line registration
form
C. Candidates for screening should
come with the following:
i) HB pencil, eraser and sharpener
ii) Two clear copies (with clear pictures)
of the printout of the completed on-
line registration form
iii) Direct Entry Application slip and
Photocopy
iv) Payment slip (teller) used for
registration
Note: GSM phones, calculators and
other electronic devices are not
allowed into the venue
