Dangote Cement Plc is inviting applications from Graduate Engineering Trainees who hold first class or distinction in their BSc or MSc programmes in the following disciplines:

Mechanical Engineering

Chemical Engineering

Electrical Engineering

Electronic/Instrumentation Engineering

Mining Engineering

The Programme

The selected candidates would go through 18 months intensive training programme, to hone their skills in their respective discipline.

The ideal candidates will be fresh graduates or those with less than 3 years experience.

The training programme will equip the candidates with the special skills in their respective discipline, to enable them to take up challenges by starting on a higher level.

The selection process would be through tests, group discussions and interviews.

As part of this drive, Dangote Cement is committed to making Nigeria a net exporter of cement. The company owns four terminals, two in Lagos and two in Port Harcourt through which it currently imports cement. Dangote Cement Plc Graduate / Management Trainee Programme

We are looking for suitable candidates who may be either fresh graduates or having not more than 3 years experience, for a management trainee programme, from the following disciplines.

BSc or MSc in Mechanical Engineering

BSc or MSc in Chemical Engineering

ACA, ACMA or CPA

MBA from a highly reputable university

The Programme
The management trainee programme would be spread over a period of 18 months with exposure to all the key functions of our organization, including production management, quality assurance, marketing management, materials management, financial management, human capital management and project management.
The programme would be structured to equip the candidates with the requisite knowledge of the entire functions of the company and those who successfully complete the programme would not only be starting at a higher level but would also have the opportunity to grow through a fast-track promotion scheme, subject to continued excellent performance.
